Sessions will take place amongst live, growing wheatgrass at the Fresh Wheatgrass Girl Farm just South of Des Moines. Plush mats, blankets and eye coverings will be set up - all you need to bring is you! Feel free to bring journals, crystals, extra pillows, blankets, etc., if you think that it will enhance your Sound Bath experience.
