Everyone needs a beginning of the year detox! Join Hannah and Kerri for a clearing Kundalini yoga session, sound bath and food & juice detoxing class.

Yoga mats, props, Sound Bath mats, blankets and eye coverings will be provided - all you need to bring is you! Feel free to bring anything else that would assist your experience, ie. crystals, journal, extra blankets, your favorite pillow, etc.

Please arrive early so we can start promptly at 12:00pm. Expect to participate in a kundalini yoga class, sound bath relaxation, learn some new detox tips and have a light meal with us.

Fresh Wheatgrass Girl will be serving a detox salad with juice. It will be individually packaged and can be taken to-go. Fresh will also be providing Sound Bath Shots and Yogi Tea.

This event will take place inside at the Fresh Wheatgrass Girl Growhouse where there is plenty of space to distance from one another. You must register for the class by Friday, January 1st at noon. Address will be given upon registration.
