Join us for an Earth Day event focused on connecting with nature with Hannah Rush of Resonate Healing! During this event, we'll take a guided gentle meditation hike through the budding spring landscape of Warren County that will focus on mindfulness within nature and noticing the small gifts the earth presents us with during the season. Following our hike, Hannah will lead the group through a soul-soothing sound bath. Hannah's sound baths are deeply immersive meditative experiences meant to create restorative moments. When the sound bath is complete, we'll enjoy a beautiful social hour complete with cups of Wander Women tea, plant-powered snacks and wheatgrass shots prepared by the Kerri Rush of Wheatgrass Girl. Join us for an unforgettable fusion of tranquility, rejuvenation, and community as we honor the Earth and ourselves!
